Hi, I’m Leigh Ann

Ive spent 15 years in the health and fitness industry watching people that I truly care for struggle- starting the latest diet, failing, feeling guilty and then throwing in the towel. Maybe they pick up the cycle again with the next trend or maybe they never try again. With so many products, plans and coaches available, we either get caught in the “restrict-binge-restrict” cycle of dieting or get too overwhelmed to do anything at all. There is no calorie counting or macros, no meal plans, no restrictions.
